2. Strategic MOU & Government–Traditional Partnerships
Turning Policy into Action
- Formal Tree Star Strategic Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with State Governments and Traditional Councils (Emirs, Chiefs, District Heads).
- Each MOU legally guarantees land allocation (5,000–20,000 hectares per state per year), 100-year by-laws, co-funding, and revenue sharing.
- Integration into state climate, agriculture, security, and economic development policies.
- Traditional Leaders become Tree Star Generals with oversight and benefit-sharing roles.
